Our automatic gas struts are designed by Emerald Struts, tested and trialled for a period of months to ensure they function correctly and keep you satisfied.
We provide a 12 months warranty with every order. If your item is faulty then contact our customer service team to obtain a replacement or full refund!
Installation is very easy, taking as little as 10 minutes. Each product comes with a step by step ‘installation guide’ and our team are always here to help. Prices are individual to each model.

NO, THERE IS NO CODING REQUIRED, YOU REMOVE YOUR EXISTING STRUTS AND REPLACE THEM WITH OURS. |

I HAVE INSTALLED THEM BUT IT ISN’T OPENING? |
| MAKE SURE YOU ARE HOLDING DOWN THE BOOT BUTTON ON YOUR KEY FOB. ALSO ENSURE YOU FOLLOW THE ‘INSTALLATION GUIDE’ CORRECTLY. |
| THE BOOT REQUIRED MORE FORCE TO CLOSE, IS THIS NORMAL AND WILL IT CAUSE DAMAGE TO MY BOOT? |
| THIS IS PERFECTLY NORMAL! THE EXTRA PRESSURE IF REQUIRED AS A RESULT OF THE SPRING IN PLACE. WITHOUT THIS, THE BOOT WILL NOT ‘POP’ OPEN.
THE PRESSURE REQUIRED WILL EASE OVER TIME, AND YOU WILL NATURALLY ADJUST TO THIS WITHOUT EVEN REALISING. ALL STRUTS ARE DESIGNED AND TESTED PRIOR RELEASE, TO ENSURE THEY HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO OPEN YOUR BOOT WITHOUT CAUSING DAMAGE. |
